Noise levels from the surrounding area kept me awake at night!!! The water pressure in the shower made it nearly impossible to enjoy a decent wash!!! Inconsistent maintenance left me frustrated with faulty key cards!!!

Clean apartment with all essential amenities provided. The convenience store located nearby makes grabbing snacks or essentials easy.
The internet connection is consistently unstable, with wifi coverage particularly poor in the bedrooms. the key cards fail frequently, necessitating multiple replacements during a stay. Window noise isolation is poor, resulting in disruptive traffic sounds throughout the night. the bathroom temperature can be unpredictable, and the view from the apartment is less than ideal, as it overlooks neighboring buildings closely.

we had a great time at polyxeni! the hospitality was wonderful, super clean and comfy room with all the tools we needed. pool was amazin too, and the staff were really helpful and nice! we loved the nearby playground for the kids, made our stay so much easier. location is perfect for beach and shops, just a short walk away.
the wifi could've been better in the bedrooms, and the elevators were a bit slow at times.
